Tercan Legal (Tercan Law Firm) is an independent Turkish law firm based in Istanbul. Our people
Mithat Tercan
Founding Partner
Mithat Tercan founded Tercan Legal. His practice covers banking and finance, foreign investment, corporate matters and cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on Turkish private international law. He previously served as counsel within the Türkiye Finans (SNB/NCB group) and Kuveyt Türk (KFH group) banking groups, and has resolved corporate and family disputes with an aggregate value exceeding USD 1 billion. He holds an LL.M. from Istanbul University and is a PhD candidate.
